Dear investors of Idilika Avenue residential complex!
We are happy to share updates on the progress of the construction of your future home during the month of June. Here's what we've achieved:
Section 1:
- Facade work has started on the inside of the first section, giving the house a final look and ensuring its durability.
- Installation of balcony blocks from the inside has begun to ensure maximum comfort for residents.
- Plastering has already been done on four floors at once, namely from the 9th to the 5th, giving the premises a clean and updated look.
- From the 9th to the 5th floor, the water supply system for the apartments has already been installed and meters for cold water metering have been installed.
- We are finishing the laying of interior partitions on the 2nd floor;
- We continue facade and glazing works;
Section 2:
- We are successfully completing the laying of the 9th floor, giving the building a completely finished look.
- We are laying partitions between balconies, ensuring the reliability and functionality of these spaces.
- We continue work on the roof, masonry of technical premises, parapets and chimneys.
